How does your visit work?

Reception
Registration

Present yourself at reception with your documents. Staff will register you and assign a file number.

Payment of fees

Pay consultation fees at the cashier. Keep your receipt — it is essential.

Doctor
Medical consultation

The doctor examines you and prescribes necessary tests: lab, radiology, medication.

Tests
Carrying out tests

Go to the relevant departments: Laboratory, Radiology, Pharmacy.

Results
Collecting results

Collect your results, then return to see the doctor for interpretation.

Exit
End of consultation

The doctor updates your health record. If hospitalisation is needed, care continues.

In case of emergency

Go directly to the Emergency Department — open 24/7. Cases are handled immediately without going through the cashier. Billing occurs after patient stabilisation.

How does billing work?

The hospital issues an official invoice for every medical procedure. An official numbered receipt is issued with each payment.

Cash payment

Cash payment (CFA francs) at the cashier. An official receipt is issued immediately.

Third-party payer

The hospital accepts institutional coverage through agreements. Enquire at reception.

Instalment plan

In some cases, a payment plan may be granted. Contact the Finance Department.

For patients in difficulty: contact the Social Service before your consultation. Solutions exist for social cases.
